- When entering Adnama Beauty we ask that you switch off your mobile so that other clients are not disturbed.
- Children are not permitted in our treatment rooms as this time is reserved for you to relax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time.
- Treatments cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of appointment will incur a $30 fee.
- Treatments under 45 minutes cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of appointment will incur a $30 fee.
- Cancellations under 3 hours of appointment a fee of $30 will be charged to your next appointment.
We also respect your time, and should Adnama Beauty be running behind on appointments we will contact you accordingly.
LATE ARRIVAL
- Late arrival of 15-30 minutes will shorten your appointment period however you will pay for full period booked.
- Late arrival of 30 minutes or more to your confirmed appointment will incur a $30 fee and additional $30 for every hour late thereafter.
NO SHOW
- No Show to your confirmed appointment will incur a fee of $30 charged to your next appointment.
To avoid fees a curtesy call is required 24 hours in advance of appointment. We understand there are some situations that simply cannot be avoided and we are happy to review these on an individual basis.
